My customer account

 

How do I create a customer account?

Create your account on 123Roulement.com Go to "connect" in the top right-hand corner of the site. In the "new customer" box, enter your email address, then follow the required steps, then validate. You will be asked to enter your delivery address when you validate your basket.

 

Where can I find my invoices?

Your invoice is available on the day your order is dispatched. You cannot receive it before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, go to your customer account on the 123Bearing website

  1. Consult the "My purchases" section on the left.
  2. Under the heading "My purchases", click on "My invoices".
  3. You can now view your latest invoices and download them if required.

 

How do I create or modify a delivery or billing address?

You can create or modify your delivery address at any time in your 123Bearing customer area. Simply log in by clicking on the " My account " link in the top right-hand corner of any page on the 123Bearing website. Once logged in, you can click on the "Address management" tab, located in the left-hand column of your customer area. You can modify an existing address or simply create a new one by clicking on the "Add address" button. The new address will be added to your list of addresses. I have two customer accounts?

You can contact our customer service department on +33 359 36 04 90 (available Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm) with your customer number and the e-mail addresses you use. You can also contact customer service by email via the contact form, choosing the question heading " Other reason".

 

I want to change my password

You can change your password on the 123Roulement.com website at any time. Simply log in by clicking on the "My account" link in the top right-hand corner of any page on the 123Bearing website. Once logged in, you can click on the "Personal information" tab, located in the left-hand column of your customer area. Forgotten my password or login?

If you've forgotten your password, you'll need to reset it. To do this, go to the account login page.

> Click on the "Forgot your password?" link after entering your e-mail address.

> Enter the e-mail address you gave us when you created your account, and validate to have a reset e-mail sent to you.

Go to your mailbox and an e-mail will appear with this subject line: "Renew your password"? Click on the "reset" button to enter your new password and validate. If you have any problems resetting your password, please contact us:

 

Where can I change my personal data?

You can modify your personal data on the 123Roulement.com website at any time. Simply log in by clicking on the "My account" link in the top right-hand corner of any page on the 123Bearing website. Once logged in, you can click on the "Personal information" tab, located in the left-hand column of your customer area. Then click on "Modify my information" at the bottom left of your customer information. How can I log out of my customer area?

You can log out of your customer area on 123Bearing at any time.

To do so : * Go to your customer area. *

In the 'My information' section, you'll find a 'Logout' button. Click on it, and you'll be logged out.

 

I wish to deactivate/delete my customer account

Deleting your account will no longer allow you to access your order and invoice history. This will result in an RGPD oversight of your personal data.

We invite you to send your request to our customer service department by email, specifying in the subject line the subject of your request in this case: Account deletion.

Stipulate that you wish to delete or deactivate your customer account, mentioning the e-mail address associated with the account you wish to delete. Confirm the form. Your request will be forwarded to our service team, who will delete your account as quickly as possible.

 

I'm having problems connecting to my customer area?

To comply with RGPD laws, data from a customer account that has remained inactive for more than 3 years is deleted from our archives.

If you last logged on to your 123Bearing account less than 3 years ago, we invite you to go to "Log in" in the top right-hand corner, then Forgot your password to reset your password.

If your last connection was more than 3 years ago, you will need to create a new customer account, using the "connect" button at the top right of the site, then "new customer".
